Grace Brooks has been in real estate for
20 years and has consistently been a top
producer. After having been with the
same real estate company for 18 years, she
has recently decided to stretch and grow
by launching herself into a new career as
owner/manager of Exit Realty Leaders
with her partner Ted Bateman. Together
and individually they have acquired a
great knowledge of the real estate
business in the Carroll county area and
they know the lakes and mountains
of New Hampshire well. Grace loves
antiques and antique homes but
lists and sells all properties. Grace is
